Hi there! Our home is a lovely, very sunny and comfortable flat. Location is certainly its major feature as it's 5 minutes walk from Angel tube station, 10 minutes in the bus from Kings Cross and 15 from Farringdon!

What I love the most about living here is that I can get anywhere by foot. From 2 big supermarkets and a medium size 24 hs one, a farmers market every weekend, healthy shops, many famous clothes shops, restaurants for every taste and from many nationalities, a big VUE cinema and a Cult Independent one, cool streets with vintage style market and shops, to a beautiful canal where you can walk every morning to clear your mind. There are all so many coffee shops and resto bars, and obviously great pubs from the range of Organic food and ales to the most old fashion local pubs you can imagine. Great for a Pub Crawl! We are also near Old Street and Shorditch, if you fancy a night our or some dancing. Exmouth market is also 5 minutes walk away with lots of other options to eat and buy. If you are a the cultural type as me. You would love to know that the flat is 5 minutes walk from the Sadlers Wells and 10 from the Barbican Centre. And if you like Art galleries you can pop in the bus 4 for the Tate Modern, or the 19 to the National Gallery and you will be there in 30 minutes. Also, 30 minutes by bus to the London Eye and the Big Ben, 25 for Buckingham Palace, 29 for Tower of London.

The flat is so central and well connected that it's so easy to get everywhere fairly quickly.

We are 5 minutes walk from Angel tube station Northern line, it takes 1 stop to be in Kings Cross St Pancras station. There you can combine with all the Northern, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, Piccadilly and Victoria underground lines, plus many trains and the Eurostar.

We are 10 minutes walk to Barbican Station and 15 to Farrigndon Station.

We are also walking distance to central london, Sadlers Wells Theatre, Barbican Theatre, Museum of London, a Shopping mall, Cinemas, Lots of pubs and cafes, vintage markets, farmers market and the amazing Regents Canal that can take you until Greenwich.

We also have convenient buses 24/7 so no limitation to come home at any time!

Julieta' apartment is well located, about 10 minutes from Angel station and all the amenities close by. Julieta was also very good at communicating & assisted me to leave my baggage at the apartment earlier than the allotted check in time. There are a few cons though that I wish I had known: - the apartment is part of a large council estate. This is not immediately evident in any of the photos. The apartment inside is fine but the exterior was a surprise to me especially given the price charged - the water pressure of the shower is disappointing. Further, the bathroom wash basin had barely a trickle of water - I suspect there needs to be plumbing work undertaken - the cleanliness could have been improved. Drink bottles from the previous guests had been left half drunk - in summer the apartment gets very hot & it would be useful to place a fan in the apartment, especially since opening the windows is not an ideal option.

Response from Julieta:
Hi Josephine, I'm sorry the water pressure wasn't perfect for you. If you would have told me during your stay I would have tried to sort it out or compensate it somehow. I'll sort it out anyway now so thanks. Regarding the building being a council state there is not much I can say. I don't understand what do you mean. It's a tall building, not the most beautiful piece of architecture, I agree. How ever, the building is clean, secure, with CCTV 24 hours, there is a consierge, and cleaners forcomunal areaes, the neighbors are friendly and the area is so convenient and lovely. The price is competitive for the location, the amenities and the service I offer. But it's not a hotel. It's my home and I write that in the description. The windows are perfectly fine and safe to open, completely and partially fit your convenience. But I'll accept your suggestion on buying a fan. Thanks you. Finally, I apologise in name of the cleaner that forgot the two bottles in the fridge and didn't do a good job. You also hasn't mention that when I asked you if everything was fine on your arrival. Otherwise I would have ask her to go again. I thought I was being helpful so I apologise for all that.

This place was awesome for ease of transport around London and convenient for all the amenities needed, shopping, food, trains and buses etc. The flat was perfect for us, bed amazingly comfortable and all facilities in the flat were great. It also felt very secure in the flat and building. Hostess very helpful and good to have met her.

Julieta's apartment is in a great area - super central (you can almost always get a cab half a block away, and the train is very convenient) but quiet. Her apartment is very cozy and obviously well-loved. Also, the hype about the bed is all true - we're seriously considering getting the same one for our own home now.

A lovely cosy flat with everything you need for a comfy stay in London. The bed is SO comfortable and I loved the Greek lagoon photo wall paper in the kitchen - very soothing. It feels like a very homely and well loved flat. Despite being in the centre of Angel, the flat was really quiet and because there is a concierge in the building it feels safe.

We stayed at Julieta's for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. The flat was very clean and included everything we needed. The location is very close to the tube station, and even by foot it's about 30 minutes from the city center. Highly recommended.

This was our first AirBnB experience and is was awesome. The flat was cozy and well located. Julieta had everything we could have needed. She has a wonderful comfy bed that had us sleeping like babies after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely select this place again.

I am very sociable and enjoy chatting and meeting new people. I love traveling so I do it very often. I am tidy and clean but quite relaxed. And I like to respect others people privacy and space and also learn about their life if they want to.

I like art, cinema and theatre, knitting, painting, cooking, gardening and walking. I also like using the bike as transport and I'm quite ecofriendly.

My husband, my family and my friends are the most important in my life. I´m a people person.
