Our party had a couple and 2 single people, male and female. There were 3 bedrooms, so that worked well for us. With more people you would be using the living room space for sleeping. We loved that the condo faces the river and river path so there is no traffic noise. In the mornings and evenings the big black ravens or crows make a lot of cawing noise before settling down, but generally you would consider this a very quiet, peaceful place. It is about a 10 minute walk along a lovely tree lined path to Old Town. The market days there are Sunday (biggest market with goods as well as foods), Tuesdays and Fridays. We loved these markets, very vibrant and great quality. We loved how the condo was near to walk to this area and also, going the other direction, near food shops and the train station. With heavy bags to pull and loaded back packs we took about 20 minutes to walk from the train when we arrived. It was wonderful of Christophe to give us a ride in his car to return to the station when we left. He offered and we gratefully accepted. On arrival be sure to text Christophe so he can show you which of the buildings in the complex is the right one. When you arrive Christophe will show you the condo and explain things. Be sure to ask if you have questions about how anything works. Some maps and brochures are provided. When you communicate with Christophe (who answers emails/texts quickly) be sure to have your (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translator handy if you don't speak French. We spent 10 nights here and would do it again. The hiking in the area is fabulous, the lake is beautiful and great to swim in, the town is immensely charming. We really hope that we WILL do it again.

Visited Annecy for an overnight say as a group of 8 and rented this beautiful apartment. Within walking distance to local restaurants and shops, very spacious and our host Christophe was great and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend!

apt spacieux à quelques pas du lac et proche tous commerces. Conforme aux photos et à la description. Parking disponible si on rentre avant les voisins car il se rempli très vite et n'a pas de places pour tout le monde. ..

Bel et grand appartement idéalement situé, bien agencé. Pratique pour la proximité des commerces et découverte du lac d'Annecy. Christophe était des plus sympathique pour l'accueil chaleureux et les conseils avisés.
