Our 4 bedroom villa is located near the town of Ste Maxime with direct beach and sea access.

Outside, the magnificent terrace offers uninterrupted sea views with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ – perfect for al fresco dining on warm Riviera evenings.

There is an outdoor private fresh water swimming pool 8 x 4m.

The space

Our family holiday home, this beach front villa is charming and rustic. It has 4 bedrooms and sleep 8 people.

The living space on split levels includes a comfortable lounge, TV room, study, dining room in the conservatory with views out to sea and a well equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1 - 2 x single beds 90 x 200 cm pushed together to make 1 Kingsize Bed.
Master bedroom has stunning double aspect views of the sea and outdoor pool. Bedroom has a bank of glass wardrobe doors reflecting the sea. Access to terrace and pool. Ensuite has double wash basins, bath and shower.

Bedroo(URL HIDDEN)single beds 90 x 200 cm pushed together to make 1 Kingsize Bed.
This room shares the family bathroom with the bunk bedroom. It has double aspect views - access to the outdoor pool and view of attractive internal courtyard.

Bedroom 4 - 1 Large Double Bed , Double bed 160 x 200cms
Visitor's bedroom has views to sea. Ensuite has double wash basins, bath and shower.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Family bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.

In addition there is a guest cloakroom, and another toilet and shower room in the basement.


Outside, the magnificent terrace offers uninterrupted sea views with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ – perfect for al fresco dining on warm Riviera evenings. There is an outdoor private fresh water swimming pool 8 x 4m.


There is direct access to the beach from the terrace.


Within the gardens is secure parking for 2 cars.

Guest access

The villa gardens and parking is all for you to enjoy. There is a locked storage basement which is the only non-accessible area.

Interaction with guests

Philippe, our 'man on the ground' will show you how everything works when you arrive and is contactable by phone if you have an issues with the property during your stay.
We are also available in the UK by phone or email if you need us.

Other things to note

All electricity and mains water consumption is included within the rental charge.

Bed linen and towels will be provided.

Any telephone calls will be charged as an extra cost and will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

Maid services during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost.

Care of the facilities

Rental guest are expected to keep the accommodation, contents, facilities and services indoors and outdoors clean and tidy.

Furniture if moved around must be put back as found at the beginning of the rental period, otherwise € 50.00 (fifty) will be deducted from the Deposit.


The kitchen must be left tidy and pots and pans washed and put away. The dishwasher can be left running, it will be emptied by my cleaning lady.

The B-B-Q must be returned clean at the end of the rental period otherwise € 50.00 (fifty) will be charged for cleaning it.

On leaving beds must be stripped and sheets and towels put in the baskets provided.

The accommodation, contents, facilities and services including swimming pool and access road complies fully with all applicable national, local, trade and other laws, regulations including EC Directives, relating to hygiene, fire safety, and other general standards.

The rental guest undertakes to supervise the swimming pool at all times and to set the terrace alarm or pool alarm when the pool is not in use.

NO GLASS OF ANY KIND MUST BE IN THE POOL AREA. IF ANY GLASS IS FOUND IN OR AROUND THE POOL AFTER FINAL INSPECTION THE RENTAL GUEST WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY THE FULL COST OF CLEANING AND REFILLING THE POOL.

All personal belongings are the responsibility of the rental guests.

The owner is not responsible for any personal injury caused to anyone at the villa during the rental period. Private extra insurance should be taken out by guests if they so require.

The owner considers the villa unsuitable for children under 5 years of age, if children are taken it is at the parent’s discretion.

Maximum of 8 people including children can rent the villa at any one time. Numbers of residents in the villa must NOT exceed those stated on the booking form without prior agreement. Should additional people be found in the villa without prior arrangement the deposit for accidental damage will NOT be refunded.

We live in Devon and are farmers. Our family has been farming locally for 2 generations now and we have just expanded into our own farm. Farming is fabulous and we love our cattle and sheep but as diversity to the farm business we are offering B&B.

We are passionate about animal welfare and growing fantastic quality food. We are also deeply in love with Devon and love to share this piece of Heaven on earth with guests.
