The space
‘The Green Effect’ Tiny Home embraces the Raglan Tiny Homes eco-ethos. Designed around nature with colours pulled from the surrounding bush, its signature green interior is intentionally chosen to promote emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.

Enjoy dining for two at the outdoor dining table.
For indoor meals, you have flexible options:
> Utilise the small indoor coffee table.
> Feel free to move the furniture outside/in to suit.

Insect Screens: Enjoy bug-free summer nights with insect screens installed on the two large opening windows.

Embracing Eco-Conscious Living:
In line with our sustainability values, the tiny home features a composting toilet: To use, simply cover your waste with the provided sawdust after each use. That’s all there is to it! Thank you for helping us reduce our environmental impact and turn waste into beneficial compost.

Privacy & Property:
While you will be sharing the wider property grounds with others, please rest assured that The Green Effect Tiny Home is completely private and set apart as your own secluded personal space.

Children
Children are welcome; however, please ensure they are supervised at all times, particularly around the steps and the stream/pond area. A portacot is available upon request. As this is a tiny home, the interior layout will need to be adjusted to accommodate the portacot, and one chair will be removed to create sufficient space.

Noise Transparency (Please Read)
To ensure full transparency:
> Road Noise: The space is located next to State Highway 23, so there is road noise during the day. It is generally very quiet at night.
> Workshop Noise: Raglan Tiny Homes operates on the same premises nearby. You may hear tools and activity, especially on weekdays.

* Summer Fire Restriction:
To ensure fire safety, the use of the outdoor wood burner/fire is strictly prohibited during the summer months (due to high fire risk). Thank you for helping us protect the surrounding environment.
