The space
Our property has some steep sections therefore it is only suitable for the able-bodied.

Parking is available in the carport for regular size vehicles. First in best dressed. There is also plenty of parking available in the street.

Guest access- drive into or walk through the carport and follow the path straight down until you see the ocean.

The downstairs area of the home is permanently available on Air BnB.

From 1 December to 19 January the upstairs of the home will be available on Air BnB as a separate listing.

Should both areas be booked at the same time, we ask that you kindly respect one another's space and be mindful of noise traveling both ways.

The carpark will be available on a first in best dressed basses.

Guest access
Drive into or walk through the carport and follow the path straight down until you see the ocean. In the undercover porch there is a lockbox on the right-hand side of the front door. The code will be sent to you with check in details, please return the key here and advise us once done upon check out.

Bluff Hill Haven downstairs sleeps 2 and maybe booked separately. Alternatively, pending availability the home can be booked for the one group and for 6 guests.

There is an internal staircase if required. Which is locked from both sides.

Should one or the same booking require the entire home, there is a combination door pad on the door at the top of the stairs. The code will be given at the time of check if the entire home is booked by the one group.
