My place is close to the farmer's market, restaurants, shops, oceanside art galleries, and the best beaches for snorkeling, diving and watching sunset in south Kona (e.g., Kealakekua bay, Honaunau bay). You’ll love my place because of the tropical island ambiance, quiet and safe neighborhood, no traffic, mountain breeze to chill down at night after the sun, professionally cleaned rooms and the super comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space

Private bathroom and shower. Twin-size day bed with pullout trundle that makes the second twin-size bed. One Ekornes Stressless chair with personal side table which is ideal for relaxing, reading or working with a small laptop.

Interaction with guests

I am active in scuba diving, freediving and other-door activities. If you need any information on where to go & what to do, I am more than happy to help. I know a few secret spots to swim with dolphins, turtles and manta rays.

A nice quiet place! Clean & bright to boot! A bit far from anything if you don’t have transportation

I came here for the Ironman Triathlon so it is a busy week and almost all accomodation in Kailua-Kona are fully booked. Jessea's place was great (outside of the Kona fever during race week). However you need a car or moped as it is probably 20+ min ride from downtown (i.e. you need to get to registration, bring your bike, get to the starting line...) Kahaluu beach is not far (maybe 10min drive) and great for snorkeling and longboard surfing. Magic Sands beach nearby as well. And can drive back to town via scenic Ali'i drive.

The room in jesseas house was very nice and clean. Everything was Fine. Jessea was not at home and we had no chance to get to know her. A friend of her was in the house, but unfortunetly he didn't talked a word with us. The only Problem we had with the room was the shower room. There Is no door and we were two people, so we had to use the other bathroom.

Nice place outside Kona. Room is comfortable altough the bed is a bit to small for two if you use only one part of it. Great view over the ocean during breakfast eaten on the porch :-) Close to some really nice snorkeling beaches.

Jessea's place was very clean and lovely. I didnt get to meet her but still love the place very much. My fav is the cleanliness ! The bed is a little bit too small for 2 people but still work out, since it is a pull out bed, you could make it into two twin beds. Good location! Def recommend this place!!!

Great place to stay in Kona, 10 minutes driving from the city center. Nice view on the ocean, quiet and clean house. Jessea was not there but prepared everything for our arrival. I recommend !
