Come to this quiet and private in-law apartment to relax after a long day at the beach. Totally renovated apartment, featuring a full bathroom with a stand up shower; a bedroom with a queen size new memory foam $1200 bed; a family room with a daybed and a pop up trundle stored underneath; and a kitchenette.
Host's space is in the upper level. When renting the bottom floor you have two entrances (front door - shared with us, and garage door). There is a door at the bottom of the stairs to the lower level that can be locked from either side to ensure full privacy. The house has central air condition (controls located in the upstairs apartment), basic appliances (refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, etc); it's quiet, spacious, clean; private fenced backyard with a firepit. If you have cat allergies this is not a place for you. Although, there are no cats that live in the property permanently, our cat (shhhh.... she thinks she is a dog) visits with us on occasions.
When staying in this lovely in-law apartment, you will have access to backyard and BBQ grill upon request. Parking is free on premises.

Interaction with guests
My husband and I prefer to meet all our guests. After all, that is what hosting is about. We can communicate in person when possible and/or by phone, text, and email.
Other things to note
Sunbathing, diving, kayaking, fishing and swimming are obvious activities to enjoy in Cape Cod. Another great aquatic activity for families and groups of friends is a whale-watching adventure from Provincetown, located at the tip of the cape. It's a great way to get a taste of the Cape's seafaring past and present.

As a child I grew up around hosts. There were always visitors in our house, being people on the way to the market stopping by to see my grandparents, or overnight out of town relatives that came to visit. As adults, my husband and I carried on the tradition. We love to host, entertain, travel, visit friends and relatives. I have to say, it's very rewarding to spend time with people, sharing stories, experiences and food; exploring commonalities, conversing about politics over a glass of wine.
Family is the center of our universe. The beach is where the time ceases to exist for us. I can't live without my polarized sunglasses, a book to read and my friends that ground me:)
When you rent from us, you will receive a very personalized attention to your wants and needs. We are very accommodating, professional and honest people. We take pride in our clean and neat environment.
