Our small charming knotty wood two-story cabin, nestled in a quiet lakeside neighborhood is great for groups/families. Enjoy a sunny day on the deck or cozy up to the stove in the winter. The studio is great for kids or a quiet retreat for the adults. Close to several lake beaches, hiking/biking trails, ski resorts (Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Northstar), restaurants/bars, family-friendly activities, and public transport. Family owned and enjoyed for many years in the true old Lake Tahoe.

The kitchen has an old dishwasher that is only used as a drying rack. Dishes will need to be hand-washed during your stay and any dirty dishes left behind will be finished by the cleaning person. Please be considerate to how many you leave for them to wash. Thank you!

Great rustic cabin with an awesome front porch. Main cabin is small and cozy with a very small kitchen. The studio is great and is where we spent most of our time at night watching movies. The wifi worked best in the studio and was very spotty in the main cabin. We loved the quiet location with access to trails and easy drive to Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay. Mark was a fantastic host and responded immediately to any issues. We had a great family vacation.

Mark was an unbelievable host in an amazing house! Mark went above and beyond in offering recommendations for beaches to use, hikes to check out, and places to eat. The house comfortably held our group of 8 and Mark eagerly welcomed our dog, who loved Tahoe! We will definitely be back!

Mark did an awesome job accommodating for our group. The house is pretty close to Squaw Valley which was convenient. There was a huge snowstorm on Sunday but Mark allowed us to check out at night when conditions became safer to drive.

Mark's place is pretty nice and is not very far from the resorts. It is a great place if you have a big group.

Our stay here was great! The home was equipped with everything you could need. Laundry detergent/blankets/towels/toiletries etc. The studio was perfect for 5 of us to stay and it could of fit more if you have a sleeping bag or air mattress. Communication with host was great!
