Cafes & Farmer's Market located at the end of the street. Off street parking space in the back of building. Apartment ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. NO PETS.
Quiet and clean with a queen sized bed, 700 thread count sheets and plenty of blankets. Full sized kitchen w/ appliances. Living room has cable w/ HBO, Starz & Showtime, wifi & plenty of books. Large walk-in closet in the living room with space for hanging clothes, mirrored vanity and one drawer available. Towels, paper products, body wash, shampoo & conditioner all provided.
This is a no smoking building so absolutely no smoking of any kind. No exceptions.
You have access to the entire apartment. There is coin operated laundry on the first floor that is also available. Want to make a nice dinner? Full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. This is an ideal apartment for the person(s) who wants to quickly access San Francisco and come home to a quiet, relaxing space.
Interaction with guests
I will be available by phone and email at any time throughout stay. I will greet all guests with a walk through, key exchange and answer any questions regarding local attractions, restaurants & amenities.

While I am new to hosting on Airbnb, I have been an Alameda resident for over 5 years and absolutely love this apartment! Alameda's quaint, safe & family friendly atmosphere make it a wonderful place to live. You won't be disappointed with the location or the comfort of my Alameda home.

I am a 30-something female who absolutely loves to travel. I believe in going off the beaten path and to live like a local when I am on vacation. I like to go on a big trip at least twice per year.
