The house had everything, and was very clean. We were welcome with our 2 dogs, and it was a great location.

This house is clean and decorated in the 50s theme. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two TVs, games and puzzles. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. Although we didn't anything, we were greated by the caretaker who offered assistance.

Great affordable place to stay. Clean and Cozy. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Tampa and Clearwater were a short drive away. Fred Howard beach was about 15 minutes away and was nice to visit with the kids.

House is actually bigger than we anticipated. Very comfy and home-like. Host had everything you could think of, and then some, in the house. My family of four (2 kids, 3 and 8) stayed here for 6 weeks while we waited to close on our house, and everything went smooth and flawless. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. We had a bridal party stay and then the bride and groom a few days for their honeymoon. The home is very cozy and the neighbors friendly. Puzzles, games, books, etc for rainy days. IF you do not know the area, it is very close to a main road that takes you to Clearwater and Tarpon, and also to a road that has easy access to cross over to Tampa or 75 to Orlando. Not to mention you can take a bike ride or walk to down town New Port Richey which is very nice and cozy, or enjoy amazing sunsets a couple minutes away on the beach. You wont be disappointed in the cleanliness and convenicne, or the service of the owner.

I've never been to the Gulf side of Florida, and I have to say this home made it wonderful. The area isn't really the best, but one step inside and you felt at ease. Or neighbor checked on us and we had great suggestions of places to go and things to do. We ended up spending a lot more time at "home" then we expected. I'd definitely stay here again.

This little house was perfect for our trip. My Mom and I flew down with my 3 daughters (ages 10, 4, & 3) for a wedding. There was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was very quiet. The caretakers of the house live right next door and are so friendly! The central air kept us nice and cool.
