Very nice and clean rooms! You have all the amenities, and it was quiet. Only downside is the location, not only that it's far from the center of Rome, but the neighborhood is not a very nice one. But all in all we had a really pleasant stay!

Located near the university, Agnese's place functions more as a B&B and is great for a couple or two travellers willing to share a bed. The place was extremely clean and quiet, and close to public transportation to get to the tourist sites of Rome. Definitely recommend!

It was a very nice trip. Rooms for You is modern. You have everything you need. Exactly as in the description. The apartment is located in a lively area. Right next to our room was a bar / Café. It could get louder at night. No problem for me. My friend could also sleep very well with foam earplugs. Agnese was very nice. It has adhered to the arrangements. We could even leave our luggage with her on the day of departure. Thanks a lot :)

Agnese was extremely helpful in directing us around town and recommended the best places to visit. This was more of a hotel than your typical room, very private and professional. We would recommend to anyone.

Staying at Rooms For You is one of our best stay during our holiday. The location is very good. Not too far from Termini station (about 15 minutes without baggage, and 25 minutes with baggage). Near the place, there are 2 bus line (71 and 492) and 2 trams (3 and 19), which can give us access to Vatican, Fontana de Trevi, Ara Coeli, etc. Also surrounded with many cafes and restaurants with very affordable prices which open from 6am until late night, and also supermarket which open until 8pm. We would stay here again when someday we are back to Rome with our kids. Love this place! Of course, Agnese is very nice and helpful :)

The room and the whole apartment were very nice and clean. There is everything you could need (free coffee machine, basic tourist information, safe deposit, fridge, etc.). We even had some snacks and beverage in our bedroom when we arrived. The room was quite big and well furnished. Exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast is served in a bar down the street. It is basic (hot drink + croissant) but yummy. Area is OK, nothing to see or to do but there is a nice tapas bar next to the apartment opens until late. We went there the first night and we could have dinner at 23.00pm. There are 3 bus lines very close to the apartment which bring you easily and pretty quickly to most of the touristic places. Agnese’s daughter welcomed us (even if it was pretty late: 10.30 pm); she was very nice and welcoming. Agnese has always been very responsive to my emails. We met her quickly before departure, she was also very nice. She speaks a little bit of French and English, so no problem for communication. It is good value for money. We totally recommend this apartment!
