Nelly and Ron were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to ensure that we felt safe and that all of our needs were met. They did a great job of letting us know of things going on in Dar, took us to the pharmacy and helped us pick out medicine when one of us was sick, and were wicked good cosmopolitan company to boot! The property is beautiful and a laid-back micro-community inside of Masaki. The staff working on the property was welcoming and helpful with all of our requests, and loved to chat about football (soccer). We received everything we needed and more from this stay: it was one of the best AirBnb experiences we've had. It's hosts like these that make AirBnb special and set it apart from hotels or resorts. A+++ experience.

Nelly's place is a wonderful spot to land in Dar. It was my first time to the city, and the hosts Nelly and Ron went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, answer questions, and make recommendations. The location is great, it is located within walking distance to good restaurants and a grocery store if you want to use the kitchenette. Clean, welcoming, accommodating, a great stay!

Great value for money, perfect for a short or long stay, and convenient for business travellers. Located in a quiet area, the rooms are very clean, air conditioning worked well, and kitchen amenities are available en suite. Nelly and Ron are very friendly.

This guesthouse was exactly what I needed as a graduate student coming through Dar on a budget. What you get for the price is great - good wifi connection, kitchen, hot water. it's clean and nicely decorated. i was particularly glad to have the kitchen and basics cookings supplies so as not to pay Dar prices for meals every night. Nelly & Ron are fantastic, extremely responsive and communicative.

I stayed in Dar for two months and the studio apartment could not have been any more perfect! With an ensuite bathroom with a good shower and a kitchen equipped with the basic stuff, it was ideal! The decor made it very funky and cool as well. There was daily cleaning service and regular laundry which was great as you would come home and all your things were neatly folded in your cupboard or hanging ironed. There is also a communal outdoor BBQ area with the ideal set-up, the other neighbors and I managed to host quite some dinners there. They also have a little gym equipped with your essential machines. The location is perfectly located just off of Chole Road on the northern side of the peninsula, ideal if you want to go for a jog. There's a great route you can take on the back streets. Nelly was a fantastic host, very attentive and very helpful. Made me feel very welcome and part of the community. I highly recommend staying here, whether it is for a couple of nights or an extended period of time.
