This luxury two bedroom apartment has just been totally renovated and everything is new. There is free unlimited wi-fi thoughout the apartment and a secure private parking space at no extra charge. The double bedroom has a 'floating' bed with built-in lighting and USB socket. There is plenty of storage space and we also provide a hair dryer and straightners. There is a walk in shower in the en-suite bathroom and lots of toiletries are provided so that you will have everything you need even if you are only travelling with hand luggage.
The twin bedroom also has plenty of storage space and a dressing table.
The main living room has floor to ceiling windows with a virtually 360 degree view of Belfast City Centre including the Cathedral Quarter, Titanic Exhibition, Odyssey Arena, River Lagan and beyond. The dining table is situated to make the most of the view. Plenty of entertainment with 48" smart TV with free Netflix. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and more cooking utensils than you will ever need. The main bathroom has a bath/shower. There is a washer/dryer, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board so that you can catch up with your laundry if you have been travelling for a while!
You will have full use of the entire apartment for the duration of your stay.
We will always be available if you need us 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week.
It is very important that you advise us of your arrival time so that we can be at the apartment to meet you to give you keys etc. Collection of keys is by prior arrangement only.
Interaction with guests
You will be met at the apartment on arrival so that we can give you lots of tourist information and recommendations to make the most of your stay. There is a folder in the apartment with instructions on how most things work. We will always be available 24 hours a day if there is anything you need or if we can be of assistance.
Other things to note
There is one secure parking space available for the duration of your stay. There is no extra charge for this.
This is STRICTLY A 'NO SMOKING' APARTMENT
There is an excess cleaning charge of £65 if the apartment is left unreasonably dirty.
You will be asked to provide valid debit/credit card details on arrival to cover the cost in the event of excess cleaning/damage charges.
Loss of keys or fobs will incur a charge of £50
STRICTLY a MAXIMUM of 4 people allowed to stay at the apartment.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OF ANY KIND ESPECIALLY HEN AND STAG as this is a residential apartment block.
