This place is wonderful. Maggie and Steve are both very down to earth and friendly folks. We will definitely be back and try to experience this oasis during all four seasons. Don't think twice about booking. Do it. You won't regret it.

The 12 hours we spent in this beautiful home already has us talking about the next trip! Maggie and Steve's property is absolutely beautiful! We were on an overnight stay from Seattle, WA to snag In & Out, Cracker Barrel, and wedding dress shop! Maggie was extremely accommodating with our late check in time and her hospitality is like none other. We enjoyed some late night hot tub time just before catching some sleep before hitting the road in the morning. Maggie cooked breakfast for us at our desired time and it was delicious! We will definitely be back to soak up all the home has to offer, like a day laying out by the pool and enjoying the quietness of the land!!

We loved the Sterling Creek Chalet! Our family of three stayed in the rooms adjacent to the deck, pool and hot tub. We swam in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, relaxed in the warm and welcoming common rooms, played ladder ball on the lawn...what a fabulous retreat Maggie & Steve have created. Maggie cooked delicious breakfasts during our four night stay. Although out in the country in 'the Applegate', we were minutes away from Jacksonville and Ashland. The drive was easy and scenic up to the McKee Bridge and also on our day trip to our Rogue River trip. Maggie and Steve are perfect hosts and made excellent recommendations during our visit. We hope to come back next summer with our extended family!

The room was amazing, well kept and clean, the pool and hot tub were super clean and great. The breakfast was awesome Maggie is an amazing cook. Maggie and Steve were truly the most amazing people my wife and I have met they are great company and great conversationalists. We loved every minute of our time there. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet stay. It's quiet and secluded but still has fun ammeneties just a short drive away.

Maggie and Steve have created a wonderful B&B in the Applegate Valley. I stayed eight nights there with other paragliding pilots participating in the Rat Race at Woodrat Mtn., and it couldn't have worked out better. Maggie's breakfasts were delicious, the pool was refreshing, the hot tub relaxing, and the setting quiet and scenic. They are close to all the recreation opportunities that the Valley offers (paragliding, hiking, biking, fishing, boating...). I'll be back!

We had an excellent stay at Maggie's place. From the minute we met her until the moment we left, we enjoyed her warm hospitality, comfortable home, and scenic surroundings. We were sorry we didn't have more time to use the volleyball court, the hot tub and swim in the pool. She cooked us a delicious breakfast and accommodated special requests graciously. We highly recommend Maggie's place to any couple, family or friends who want a quiet, scenic jumping off point for Southern Oregon adventures.

My husband Steve and I moved to Oregon this past summer and we love the Applegate Valley. We want to get back to the land, growing apples, vegetables, adding chickens and bees.
