Underfloor heating. Private garden and Parking area.
'Pyes Granary' shares the land of our family home and our 'Little Pyes' holiday barn. Lovely countryside views towards the
'Pyes Granary' Guests also have their own separate garden space to enjoy alfresco dining during the warmer months and parking outside the property.
We have another listed 1 bedroom barn for hire which is close by to the Granary, useful for families wishing to share a holiday with friends or other family members but still have their own space.
Interaction with guests
We want to help our guests get the best out of their stay and are available for contact and live in close proximity.
Other things to note
A small complimentary essential welcome pack is provided on arrival.
There is limited access to the internet here and I do not list the property as having this available but there is a good 4G speed for connections through a smartphone.
To protect privacy to others, we ask our guests Not to roam to areas on the land not assigned to their property. Thank you
As well as loving to live in the countryside, I enjoy being able to access the towns, cities and beach. This area has as it all which is what attracted me to this property, plus the convenience of travel from the station made it very accessible for my family members to visit and return to their destinations easily. I enjoy being a host to the guests who stay here. I consider that my guests are generally happy to be left alone for their stay but am always available if they need me for help or advice on where to go etc. Its important to me that my guests enjoy their stay here and welcome any feedback for me to improve the service I provide.
