Enjoy this private, quiet gem of a one bedroom in the State House/Foundry District of Providence. Queen-sized bed; kitchen with all amenities; bathroom with jetted tub; access to balcony with a nice view. Off-street parking. 5–10 minute walk/drive to shops, attractions, the Dunkin Donuts Center/RI Convention Center, and the Providence Train Station.

The space

The building was formerly a bed and breakfast and has been converted into five condominiums—yours will be Unit 2, on the second floor.

The space is perfect for one or two guests enjoying an overnight or weekend in the city. Long-term rates are also available. There’s a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cookware if you’d like to stay in and prepare meals. A high-end Ninja Coffee Bar brewer makes regular, iced, and espresso-style coffee drinks.

The full bath has a jetted tub and plenty of fluffy towels, and the bedroom has an amazingly comfortable memory-foam-top queen-sized bed with soft linens and pillows.

Free wifi is included, and an HD 1080 TV with free Roku allows you to watch shows and movies.

There is a quaint backyard space for relaxing. A semi-private balcony down the hall from the unit is also available, with a table and chairs for relaxing with your coffee in the morning or taking in the sunset in the evening.

Guest access

The entire apartment—kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom—is yours to enjoy. There’s also a semi-private balcony down the hall, as well as a quaint backyard space.

The keys will be in a lock box attached to the building on the left side of the front porch steps. Instructions and the access code will be given to you upon booking.

Interaction with guests

You will probably not meet us, as we don’t reside at the property. We are, however, a mere 20 minutes away and always available via text should you have any questions or need assistance.

The other residents in the building are quiet, keep to themselves, and travel quite often. It’s a very peaceful property.

Alan was super-helpful, and his comms were spot on. Really enjoyed the quirky interesting apartment - particularly breakfast on the balcony! Short walk form downtown. Loved it!

Allan, was an absolutely amazing host! I accidentally left the main keys behind and he was able to get me a new set in less than 15 minutes! His space was incredibly welcoming and my trip wouldn’t have been as great if I didn’t stay at Allan’s AirBnB. Couldn’t recommend him any higher!

This is a quaint little apt. It's pretty tight quarters for two people, but we managed. The location is good and Allan was quick to respond to questions.

This place is a wonderful oasis! Absolutely charming apartment, walkable to downtown. I did make myself actually enjoy the city for a while but gladly returned to relax the rest of the night and just wanted to stay there! It's a beautiful place for a little getaway.

This was a great little spot to stay in Providence. It was quiet and a perfect size for two of us. The apartment was in a great location, only a quick drive to Federal Hill. Allan was a great host, very communicative! Would stay here again if ever in the area again!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and decided on Airbnb accommodations to be closer to the party. Allan offers a stylish space with tons of special touches: varied snacks, water bottles and house slippers - to name a few! Other important matters: Incredible jetted tub, divine bedding that you melt into, tv options (complimentary Netflix/Roku) and there are a few spots to cozy up and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee (complete coffee bar with all you need on premises). Allan was super responsive, the whole experience was in one word: easy. Lots of thought and consideration went into this quaint and ideally located space. Go explore Providence from here, it’s waiting for you!

Allan's place is THE place to stay in Providence. This home is so charming and comfortable, and all of the extra touches make it extra special. We were honestly so disappointed to only have one night here and really didn't want to leave! It's also very convenient to downtown. Allan is a great host and I hope to be back!
