Interaction with guests
You will probably not meet us, as we don’t reside at the property. We are, however, a mere 20 minutes away and always available via text should you have any questions or need assistance.
The other residents in the building are quiet, keep to themselves, and travel quite often. It’s a very peaceful property.
The building is peaceful and quiet. Although you probably won’t run into any of the neighbors during your stay, please be respectful of them. No loud music, parties, or additional guests are permitted.
You may use anything (cookware, books, etc.) in the unit while you’re staying there—we just ask that you leave things as neat as possible when you leave.
Also, there is absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the premises of the building. This is a strict rule from the tenant association. Thank you!
