Situated on quiet walkway within a friendly community, this 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is perfectly poised for convenience and access to all areas of interest within Southeast Calgary. An easy 5 minute drive to South Health Campus Hospital and Fish Creek Park.

Various access points to serene walking paths. Walk along Cranston Ridge or through the valley to Riverstone where deer, elk, owls, and other wildlife are often spotted.

The condo is within walking distance of Sobeys Grocery Store, Good Earth Cafe, restaurants, ATM, a service station, convenience store, take-out food, and pharmacy.

The condo is a 5 minute drive to Seton Urban District, which includes Save-On Foods, Superstore, Good Earth Cafe, Ricky's All-Day Grill, Tommyfields Gastropub, Starbelly Restaurant, and a variety of take-out food, shops, beauty salons, and other conveniences.

The condo is within a 3 minute drive to Highway 2/Deerfoot Trail allowing for easy access to the rest of Calgary. The Calgary International airport is a 27 minute drive from the condo, accessible via Highway 2/Deerfoot Trail or AB-201 Stoney Trail.

Clean, modern, friendly and fast responses from the hosts. In a safe neighbourhood. The 2nd bed mattress is quite hard if you have sleep issues use the queen.

The place was great! The place is clean and modern, as advertised. Had all the cleaning supplies which was great and accommodating. Angela and Devon very supportive and settled us in no problem. My dad enjoyed his stay!

I knew we were going to have a great experience based on the previous reviews and pictures that were already posted. Communication was always easy, clear and timely with Devon and Angela. Prior to our arrival, we were sent access information which made out arrival and stay worry free. The condo was comfortable, clean well supplied with everything we needed during our stay. The next time we are in Calgary we will definitely be looking to see if we can book this unit again. It was a great first time Airbnb experience for our family of four!

Devon is a Director of Strategic Development in the Electrical Consulting industry. He's an active guy who loves running and keeping busy. I (Angela) am an established entrepreneur in the creative/beauty industry, currently working towards my degree in Medicine. Our son is a quiet and thoughtful budding "filmmaker" who is kind to a fault. We've experienced AirBnb as guests as well as hosts and it has been a great experience.
