Nice and bright 2 bedroom home with full kitchen and inside laundry. Tv's are in each room for your enjoyment. The screened lanai overlooks the large backyard full of nature and fruit trees for you to enjoy fresh fruit most of the year. It is close to several beaches and loads of shopping. There is an outdoor barbeque for you to enjoy cooking some of the fish you may have caught at the beach or a nice juicy steak. The lanai has a large table and chairs you can dine at if you want to stay out.

The space
This is the bottom floor that was a mother-in-law suite. I bought the property so my mother could be close to me. She loved how quiet it was there. She would sit on the lanai reading a book and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The living room,bedroom and kitchen are just the right size for a couple.
