Welcome to the Solar Scarborough home! We have a four-bedroom house with three friendly roommates and one guest room for airbnb travelers. Our home is one block from Rolland Moore park and the Spring Creek trail, which loops around all of Fort Collins.
Take one of our bikes for a spin on the trail, or we'll bring you along for a mountain bike ride. Downtown is 7 minutes by car, or 12 minutes on bike. Horsetooth Reservoir is only 10 minutes away!
We live a work-hard/play-hard lifestyle and the house embodies that. Our garage is filled with two-wheelers: bicycles, mopeds, and motorcycles. The living rooms are separate spaces: one for reading, chatting, and listening to/playing music, and the other for watching movies and playing games.
Your room is on the upstairs of our bi-level, and your bathroom is just next-door to it. We enjoy hanging out with our guests in the evenings and on weekends if we're around (and if that's your thing). You'll have access to the kitchen and all cooking supplies/utensils (you'll need to supply your own food), and the living rooms and back deck are open as well.
Interaction with guests
I've lived in Fort Collins for 8 years and have a good sense of the town. I'm happy to give you recommendations on where to eat, play, and sight-see. In the summer we have lots of backyard parties and grill-outs. You'll be welcome to join in on the fun!
Hi there. My name is Brennan and I'm passionate about business, technology, and the outdoors.
I grew up in Alaska and moved to Colorado for undergrad in 2009. During the week I work on a cellphone distribution company I started in college called Newaya. Beyond the office I like to mountain bike, ski, and listen to jazz.
Traveling and exploring are near and dear to my heart, so I love Airbnb's platform as both a host and traveler. I actually got to see their cofounder Nate speak at an event in 2013, and I try to follow the company's progress - because it's fascinating!
