My husband and I love traveling, and we especially enjoy greeting our traveling guests and helping them to get the most out of their stay in Isafjordur.
Róbert is half Icelandic. He grew up in the USA and after university moved to Iceland to try the life for a while. He´s still here after all these years. Guess he's staying :-)
I was born and raised in Isafjordur. When I turned 17 I left home for school in the big little city of Reykjavik. I graduated with a degree in visual arts from Iceland Academy of the Arts, then tried life in Sweden for a couple years before moving back to Iceland.
Arnór is a fourth-year student at Technical College Reykjavik where he majors in design. His future is as bright as he is :-)
The idea of operating guest apartments came to us as we drove home from Akureyri in North Iceland after a wonderful winter-weekend getaway in 2005. A few months later we bought our first apartment and the rest is history. We enjoy it more and more, and now share our time between Isafjordur and Hafnarfjordur.
