Unfortunately, David isn't the type of guests we'd want at our properties, trying to negotiate lower rates, and making unreasonable demands. It was at night when he notified that the internet wasn't working, and after trying to troubleshoot it, I went there the next morning to get the internet issue resolved immediately. He still didn't input the right information after I explained every single thing that needed to be done. On the same day, he asked for an extension to stay at the property. There's hot water coming from the shower, kitchen and stove work perfectly fine. It's a relatively new building (less than 2 years), so there aren't any issues with anything in the apartment.
