The room has independent heating for your comfort.The kitchenette is in a separate room.  It is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven and stove top (but not a full oven).  There are basic dishes, utensils and pots/pans.

This one bedroom upstairs apartment is in an historic house overlooking the Saint John River. The park across the street leads to a trail along the river, making downtown Fredericton a scenic 15 minute walk across the walking bridge. Restaurants, groceries, Tim's and a liquor store are all within a 7 minute walk, and the UNB campus is 30 minutes away by foot. A walking tour map of craft breweries is provided along with growlers to refill. Picaroons Brewpub and cafe is a 2 minute walk.

The space was roomy, cozy, clean, and fully stocked. Comfortable bed. The house is across river from downtown Fredericton, right next to the pedestrian bridge - you can walk to old town in 10 minutes.

This apartment is conveniently located and is exactly as described. Checking in was done with ease thanks to the keyless entry. It is a lovely oasis after a busy day! Nancy responded to all messages promptly and with detail. A real gem in Fredericton!
