FREE Continental Breakfast (cereal, toast with tea or coffee).

This studio has a king bed, bunk bed with pull out double sofa bed (children), sleeps 6 comfortably.
Bulwarra has great views & activities for the children and adults to participant in include a swimming pool to cool off in summer.
For you too self-cater, on the veranda off the studios, you have a 6 gas burner BBC and hutch with everything you might need (plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, bowls, platters, cooking utensils, wash basin, tea towels, drainer etc). At the bottom of the veranda stairs there is a hooded gas BBQ as well. There is also a heat bead Webber. Or many places to eat in Dubbo.
Should you need other equipment or want a small oven or gas stove top, there is the communal (shared) main house kitchen which is well stocked with everything I could imagine you could need to cook up a storm. In the alfresco area, there is a wood BBQ, stove, pizza oven, and open fire. The alfresco area is off the main house kitchen. There is also a lounge/dining room for guests use in the main house.
You do need to drive up the dirt driveway from the letter box through the right hand gate entrance and up the hill to the premises. Once at the top of the hill, park your car and walk through the single gate next to the bougainvillea and stairs to the studios. We do have a ramp instead of stairs for any disabled to the veranda & studios.
Please use the FREE WiFi responsibly so I can continue to share with guests.
Guests use their Studio, and have access to all other areas which are communal including the veranda, lawns, play area, games room, rustic alfresco area, kitchen, lounge/dining room and wander around the farm.
My dogs and I have our private spaces in the main house off the kitchen and upstairs and also use the communal areas.
Interaction with guests
Please ring when about an hour away from Dubbo (Duneedoo, Gilgandra, Narromine, Molong, Wellington, Peak Hill etc) so I can be here at your arrival. UsualIy on arrival, I give a little talk explaining the rules, introducing our animals, showing guests their studio and communal areas, settling children and animals into our property. Many guests it is their first time on a rural property and often don't know what to expect. Rural life is very different to city life.
I am available from 8 am till 8 pm for guests and enjoy showing off our wonder place.
During your stay we feed the animals and I usually give a talk about the animal including "Striker" our huge bull, weigh approx 1 ton.
Other things to note
Any, well behaved animal is welcome. Her/his behaviour will define whether she/he sleeps inside or out and can get along with other animals. You would need to provide all bedding, meals and needs for your dog. Also if the dog is likely to be on the beds or furniture PLEASE provide covering for those beds and furniture as others maybe allergic to your animal.
We do have farm and other animals in the house yard which contains the studios and house. Animals chasing our animals will NOT be tolerated. They need to be restrained. It is really up to your dog as to whether she/he needs to be restrained There is a fenced off yard that is available for you to contain your dog if need be.
We are happy to allow your dog to stay here while you are at the zoo if he/she is comfortable doing so.

Cancellation closer to check-in Bulwarra accepts the deposit as cancellation fee. Please provide mobile phone number and address to assist with registering your room with your reply. Unfortunately we need to inspect studios on departure. I do hope this doesn't offend anyone. A few make it difficult for others. This does mean we still do not take a bond. We do our best in quoting studios if the quoted studio is available at the time of stay. Policy Dogs: Where do your dog normally sleep? I am a confident person who loves people and animals. All the fun is learning about ourselves and others.
I love having guests stay and have met so many interesting people from all over the world.
My animals here are a little bit spoilt and they deserve to be. It is a delight watching adults and children feed "Striker" our bull or the sheep and chickens. I have 4 dogs, Blaze, Riley, Shelby and Millie who I consider to be my kids and are mostly very well behaved and love the guests.
