No smoking Inside (patio ok to smoke). No large parties. No pets.
Park cars in driveway (parking on the street is at your own risk and not advised).
Keep noise levels down outside between Midnight - 7 A.M. as a courtesy to neighbors.
Treat my home in a respectable manner everything should be good.
I'd like to consider myself a person who grew up in the best of both worlds. Originally from California, but I've lived in Louisiana for a good bit of my life. Big city life (The Bay Area) & Southern Hospitality (Baton Rouge & New Orleans) have shaped me into a well rounded person. I enjoy sports, movies, live music, different cultures, food, learning new things, art & I love the great outdoors and everything it has to offer. I'm a Software Engineer so I'm a bit of a technology person (a cool nerd of course) and a former Collegiate Basketball Player. I know when it's time to be professional and when it's time to let my hair down and have some fun. One of my favorite things to do is travel in and out of the country - traveling and meeting new people makes me smile.
