Rule no. 1: UNWIND, RELAX & ENJOY. We appreciate finding the place just as we left it for you to enjoy. Please return things to where you found them. Unless your mom is coming, wash, dry and put away your dishes. We strive to minimize our environmental impact and so should our guests. Wastefulness is not appreciated. RECYCLE. We appreciate peace and quiet to maintain the tranquility. Smoking outdoors only (ashtray provided). Fee for additional guests applies to ALL AGES. Well-behaved, housebroken, groomed, crated pets or those with their own bed are welcome, but are NOT to be on any furniture at any time. They're welcome to experience freedom, exploring the surrounding woods, fields, creek or swimming in the river. However, if you can't trust your dog off-leash, don't bring it. Our dog Kora has been attacked twice by visiting dogs and it won’t happen again. If your dog can’t be a good guest, you both will be asked to leave. $35/pet/stay (payable on ARRIVAL) to ensure the comfort of our pet-allergic guests. We like people very much but if you are the type who stresses over upside down receptacles or birds chirping too loudly, please do us all a favor and book somewhere else. We adore kids and animals but refuse to babysit adults. If ever in doubt about anything, ASK. We're always just a click, text, call or door knock away. The last rule is to play fair: you relied on the reviews of others (it's common courtesy you contribute too), so MAKE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR REVIEW.
Our visitors value their privacy, so we adjust our interaction to meet their needs. We're always just a text, call, email or door knock away.
