100% Clean air guarantee!
Sophisticated yet cozy one bedroom apartment with modern appliances on Xiangyang lu, close to bars, awesome restaurants and shopping. Second floor in an old Chinese heritage building with original wooden wall panels, not many of these left downtown.
You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the amount of natural light, the cute neighborhood in a central location.
Located in the heart of Shanghai offering comfort and style. A few minutes walk to Yongkang lu, IAPM and parks.
The apartment is located on the second floor with a small, closed balcony. You'll have access to a queen sized bed, a comfy sofa bed, own bathroom, kitchen with modern appliances.
The entire apartment is yours and if you need me, I work 15min from the apartment. You will have access to every necessity I can think of to make this your home away from home, including:
-One air purifier in each room to ensure clean air indoor
-Dehumidifier for those humid Shanghai days
-Great kitchen with all appliances and utilities you will need.
-Fresh towels and bed linens
-Cleaning service included. Laundry can be handled depending on length of stay.
Interaction with guests
I will greet you personally at your arrival and guide you through the space and neighbourhood. If you have specific requests for restaurants, bars, things to do, don't hesitate to ask me so I can make suitable recommendations. I will only be a message away if you have questions.
Other things to note
Since this is my other apartment, I'll let you know what you don't have access to (closet, one of the dressers, cupboards) and I hope you can respect that. There will be plenty of space for you to access :) This space is strictly no smoking, no drugs, no parties. You are welcome to have a drink and even smoke in the balcony with the door closed but I'd appreciate if you continue your night outside in the many cool bars and clubs within walking distance. No extra guests unless agreed in advance.
- No additional guest unless agreed in advance
- Zero tolerance to drugs
- There are non-access spaces (wardrobe, one of dresser, cupboards), please respect that.
