Although your review appears incongruent with facts its very unfortunate that you( your group) did not like the place. You should have read the description and house rules thoroughly before booking the place. It appears you have not done so. Nowhere in the description have we claimed that the place is bigger than 1 BHK but have clearly mentioned its a studio. Normally, in common parlance, studios are smaller than 1 BHK that is why they are called a studio. If you wanted a bigger place you should have asked me for the area of the place before booking. Booking was not a compulsion. You also did not inform us who would be staying in the studio at the time of booking.(House rule violation no.1)When we asked you for your ETA, you first mentioned " Anytime today" then at 5.27 pm you inform "within 20-30 mins" but then said you are going to a mall and will take time. Then 3 persons turned up after 10.00 pm after messaging the cutoff time for check in, when the booking was for only 2 persons. When asked who is going to stay, a man and a woman claimed they are going to stay. The 3rd person, a woman, was to leave immediately. Neither of the 3 was "Nisarg Pandit" the person who had booked and has written the review. The 2 of them were unhappy that the reservation was in the name of their friend "Nisarg (Website hidden by Airbnb) after their ID was checked, they were checked in and taken to the studio and explained facilities that were available, how to use them, where to dump dry and wet garbage etc. This is for the convenience of the guest so they do not find difficulty while using the place and cleanliness is maintained. This is common courtesy of any Host when they welcome a guest in their home. We find it strange and wierd that "Mr Pandit" or the people he had sent did not appreciate the courtesy shown even at that late hour. They were also told that we have daily cleaning services between 11.00am and 12.00pm with which they said they had no problem. The next day morning we found the girl who was to leave in the night had actually stayed the night.( House rule violation no.2) When asked the reason we were told that the man who had checked in left in the night. All this without informing us(House rule violation (Website hidden by Airbnb) 11.00am the maid went for cleaning the place to which the girls had no issue as they were getting ready to leave. If they did not want cleaning they should have informed us. Now the surprising part is the girls left the place and gave the keys to the maid informing her that they may come late or may not come, in the evening, and did not turnup for the rest of the reservation.(House rule violation no.4).The girls or "Mr Pandit" did not show common courtesy to inform us before leaving, directly or by phone or by (Hidden by Airbnb) message. These are the facts as they happened. Readers will draw their own conclusions. My humble submission would be "Mr Pandit and his Group" needs to differentiate between a BNB and a Hotel, make proper enquiries before booking and behave (Website hidden by Airbnb) thing this group lacked was basic courtesy and communication especially when the girls were from medical proffession and allegedly doing post graduate courses in Dentistry. The incongruent part is,surprisingly, the girl who was to have left the place in the night, but stayed overnight, loved the studio and did not express any inconvenience! She expressed this when she came to refill water at 8.00am and chatted for a long time.
