The location is ideal! The only beach in Maui that was once reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is less than 300 footsteps (from the front door of your condo to the edge of the ocean)! This is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are also available at this beach. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. The National Humpback Museum and Maui's only Whale Education Center are also on this same beach, just steps away from the condo. Both places offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an "up close and personal view" of the Humpback Whales as they swim, jump, and play in the ocean just in front of the museum. ;)
Onsite, we offer a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor showers and outdoor bathrooms at the pool, a BBQ area with picnic tables, a laundry center, very strong WIFI and fast internet speeds for online working (we have the highest, upgraded package), plus lots of fruit trees and beautiful, tropical, fragrant flowers.
We are also one of the only complexes on Maui with a really nice tennis court right onsite. We are happy to welcome tennis players who are die hard about having a place to hit where they can also swim, eat, relax, and play. Tennis rackets and tennis balls are included inside the condo.

~ Experience the ultimate in comfort, luxury, and style with a fully loaded, light and bright, romantic and fun, Maui Corner Penthouse containing a floor area of 665 SF, including an extra large lanai of approximately 210 SF.
~ This is the third largest unit in the whole complex! It is a second story, walk up Totally Private condo with awesome cathedral ceilings and its own private walkway entrance. Please note that because the building has only two stories, there is not an elevator.
~ This luxurious penthouse unit is located right on the corner, so you really only have neighbors on one side. It is in the back of the complex so there is no road noise. This is an extra special unit because there are only two units in the entire condo complex with 3 sets of windows, and this happens to be one of them! Our favorite feature, however, would have to be the extra large, 200+ SF, L-shaped, fully carpeted, wrap around lanai. Again, this is a unique feature that only six units have, all other lanais in the 118 condo complex only have 70 SF of space. Think of this extra special space as an extended living room/dining room/lounge area! There's even an extra fridge outside. It's totally awesome!

~ Also, with our 665 square foot penthouse (including an extra large lanai), on-site parking, unlimited AC, cable TV, an in room safe where you choose the code, and unlimited WIFI have already been conveniently factored into your daily rate. There will never be any last minute surprises! Don't you just hate that, I know I do. In Maui, unexpected fees can add up fast, especially when most places charge $25 per day for parking plus additional (hidden) resort fees, and even daily fees for WIFI and the use of the in room safe. ~ Your fully equipped, heavily stocked, ultra fabulous gourmet kitchen fit for a chef includes brand new, full size, stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, beautiful, dark, cherry wood cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, and emerald star granite that sparkles in the Maui sun. Kihei Food Oasis at South Maui Gardens is just a couple miles south on South Kihei Road and Alahele Street. There are lots of food trucks there, and they are open 7 days a week from 11am to 8pm with live music every Saturday.

Kihei is less crowded.

Kihei is more laid back.
The longest beach walk in Maui is in Kihei.
Kihei is more private, intimate, and affordable.
Kihei has the least amount of rain of anywhere on Island and is much more laid back.
Kihei is closer to: Haleakala (hiking), road to Hana, Iao Valley, and the airport.
Kihei is also closer to Paia, Makawao, Upcountry, Kahului, and Maalaea.
Kihei is only 15 minutes from the main airport in Kahului and Kaanapali is an hour.
Kihei (the condo area of the south side) has more family restaurants than the condo area of the west side.
Wailea (the luxury area of the south side) is a quieter area than Kaanapali (the luxury area of the west side).
Higher end resorts like Four Seasons, Andaz, Grand Wailea, and Kealani are all in Wailea which is just 5 miles away from Kihei.
Wailea also has world class golf courses and an award winning spa.
The nicest shopping is also in Wailea (very upscale).
Only one road in and out of the west side and if the road gets shut down due to an accident, you could be trapped. This is just one more reason why I would always choose Kihei.
