Ryan was pleasant to work with and was available for any questions. The guest/house manual had all the information necessary so we found the place quickly and got in without any problems. All the "beds" were made with fresh linens and a hair dryer, iron, and towels were provided. The pictures were a little outdated and didn't reflect the recent construction updates which seem to be ongoing. An unfinished wall and a door which didn't lock caused concern with the group. We stayed for one night and it comfortably slept our entire party of 8 but additional nights might have been tough as although the bathroom had a full shower, it was on the small side. Ryan suggested a great place for dinner within walking distance so we had a fun evening! It looks like Ryan is working hard to offer a great place once it's completed.

Ryan was a wonderful host and very accommodating to the large group. His space was located in a very central area of downtown Toronto, where he was also able to provide many suggestions for dining and public transportation!

I would recommend this place to any group of friends coming in Toronto for a few days, the location is amazing and the host, Ryan, was very helpful.

Ryan was a great host and very reachable. He was very clear on rules and made himself very available. It's a very convenient place if you have a large group. Nothing luxurious per say on this floor of the place but very functional.

Ryan was a super chill airbnb host! He was also waiting for us upon arrival and gave us a tour of this place. Told us the rules, and explained how he would always be available to us if we needed anything. Would stay here again

I like to host and do more then is expected. I'm a creative and make events with mini-ping-pong all over Toronto . Sometimes I host parties onsite in the garageStudio workSpace. Ask me about my neighbourhood, I've lived here nearly 14 years. See you soon!
