The communication with the host went really smooth. She is very helpful. The place is cosy just as can be seen in the pictures. We were a party of 4 and it was okayish for us coz there’s a couch bed in there too.

I am extremely disappointed by your ratings. The communal hall can smell of smoke at times but this is totally outwith our control, we clean this area to help keep maintain it. Although you give praise for the price in your review your star rating did not reflect this, I think under £15 a head for a flat at the sea 2 miles from Princes Street is incredible value?? Add tea coffee sugar and milk and you would pushed to find rooms at this price never mind s flat. The distance from town is verified by (Hidden by Airbnb) maps and clearly indicated on the description. The bus stop is also right outside. Finally, I did message you to check everything was ok, and no problems were identified.
