About this listing
My accommodation is in the middle of Berlin, on the park, near Il Pane e le Rose. You will love them because they are super, bright and beautiful, under the skies of Berlin. It is good for families with children, couples, solo travelers, business travelers and all international cosmopolitans.
If this apartment did not exist, you would have to invent it just like this: It is located at the park (Friedrichshain). It is located in the middle of the city (Prenzlauerberg) and nevertheless in a village (Bötzowviertel). It is located in the sun: in the roof of an old building. And she is a house in the house: a maisonette-apartment over two floors (4th and 5th). It has stucco and floorboards and high ceilings like any old building, and parquet and furniture as in modernity. And she cowers into heaven, for she has a roof terrace to the north, a six-meter-wide balcony to the south, and a loggia below.
Furthermore: a living room, an open kitchen of the finest and four bedrooms. There are four of us: parents and two boys. We also work here, mostly because we are journalists and authors. And you have to go to the coffee shop, lunch, beer garden, shopping, jogging, cinema, organic shop, playgrounds, beach balls and evenings or drinks. Even if it is only five minutes from Alexanderplatz. And a few more minutes of different scenes. By tram, bus or bike stante pede to reach.
The apartment is perfect. For one, two, four or more. And actually too nice to be honest. Even the courtyard is from the picture book: with trampoline, giant swing and grove en bloc. It is our home. There is no better. At least not in the middle of the city. It has only one and a half hook: No lift and from the TV tower you can see only half the ball.
That depends on it, depending on the agreement, we may make a room too.
Other things to note
For this home under heaven you have to be a bit sporty and climb stairs. She does not have an elevator, she keeps you fit.
Please do not smoke and feel good!
Und New York. Und wieder gekommen. Weil in Berlin sowieso alles in Bewegung ist, immer schon. Jetzt habe ich auch einen schreibenden Mann und zwei Jungs, die könnten zur Abwechslung singen. Tanzen. Oder Fußball spielen. Reisen ist aber auch nicht schlecht. Also!?
