Book with confidence. Highly recommended host & condo. Close to Union Station, CN Tower, Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, and the Waterfront. Ideal location. You will love the sunsets over the CN Tower and lake, the Westin Heavenly Queen bed w/ deluxe linens, the bright & dining/living room with pull out sofa, fluffy towels in the bathroom and a kitchen with all your essentials. My place suits business/solo travellers, couples and families. As the reviews attest, you will be taken care of.
Steps to the Financial District. Surrounded by Air Canada Centre. Rogers Centre, CN Tower the lake, the ferry to the island, Union Station and the PATH. Everything is at your doorstep. Condo approx (550 sq ft) and has a FREE parking spot.
You have free Wifi.
There are hardwood floors throughout the condo. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is well equipped. Please help yourself to anything you find in the cupboards or fridge.
The bathroom has a bathtub with Waterpik hand held shower head and fluffy towels. Bathroom essentials are provided.
Full size stackable ensuite laundry. Laundry detergent is available.
Your bedroom has a Westin Heavenly (queen) bed with deluxe bedding.
The sofa in the living room folds down into a double bed (sleeps 2). All linens are provided.
You have cable TV and Videos on Demand.
In the evening, there is a security guard in the building's lobby.

As my reviews attest, you will be taken care of during your stay. I am a SuperHost and I am passionate about hosting. I am a call/email/text away if you need anything at all during your stay.
Other things to note
The location is central and close to Union Station and the Air Canada Centre. Because you are in downtown, you have to be prepared for traffic delays.
There is a free parking space with this condo; however, you may find it inconvenient to park. When you arrive, you have to find a place to park on the street and come up to the condo to get the parking garage fob and condo fob. You need to do the reverse when you leave.
If you are in a rush, you may want to pay for public parking under the building or park in the other lots around the building.
NO PARTIES - I do not allow any loud noise or parties. I always endeavour to provide a welcoming and peaceful environment for my guests and I want to be able to extend the same respect to my neighbours in the building.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. There is an ashtray on the patio. Please do not throw your cigarettes off the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in my condo. Guests will charged a $250 recovery fee to remove smoke from the unit.
GUESTS - ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request. The maximum number of overnight guests is 4. Visitors to the guests should not exceed 4 (for a max number of 7 people in the unit at any one time). As a courtesy, please let me know if you are having guests over.
GENERAL RESPECT & CARE - When you come into my condo, please help me keep it clean by removing your shoes. Guests must treat my home with respect - use coasters on the furniture and keep the place tidy. Guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage laying around.
