The space

Watch the boats sail through the headlands from your private balcony which offers a Webber Q, modern wicker outdoor lounge suite and water views across the bay towards Hawks Nest. The open plan living room has a 3x seater lounge with chaise plus a 2x seater sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and a solid timber dining table with 8x high-back chairs. The equipped kitchen has been stylishly modernised and offers stainless steel appliances including full size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, under bench oven, range hood, glass stove-top, microwave and plenty of bench space including granite bench-tops.

The master bedroom provides guests with a split king bed (king size bed for couples – or convert to 2x king singles), side tables, reading lamps, floor to ceiling built-in robe, ceiling fan, a 2nd flat screen TV plus a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom also offers a split king bed (king size bed for couples – or convert to 2x king singles), side table, floor to ceiling built-in robe and ceiling fan. The bathroom has not been overlooked in the renovations with fresh floor to ceiling tiles, glass shower, a modern free standing vanity with the toilet separate.

Other things to note

Keys must be collected AFTER 2pm from our managing agent at 47 Shoal Bay Rd Shoal Bay NSW. Their hours are:
9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
9:00am - 4:00pm Saturdays
Closed Sundays and Public Holidays
After hours key collection is available from their office for an additional cash fee of $20.00.
Agent will require a valid credit card as security before issuing keys.
Keys need to be returned to the office on departure drop box available.
Linen packs are supplied (make own beds) includes bath towels so just need to bring your pool/beach towels and personal toiletries please note only a limited amount of toilet paper is supplied and a small welcome kit with tea, coffee, sugar, chux, tea towels and d/w tablet/liquid.
