Claire's place is perfect for a week in Amsterdam. Central to everything, very walkable, great neighborhood. I'd gladly stay there again.

Claire's place is great! Close to the park, quiet neighborhood. It has a really modern kitchen, bathroom and new shower. I was very happy with the location, the apartment and Claire's place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claire's lovely apartment! The location is fantastic and the apartment itself is exactly as described and seen in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable! We loved sitting on the balcony with a wine after a big day exploring Amsterdam. We hope to stay again!

Apartment was incredibly clean and well appointed when we arrived. Lots of natural light and a nice little balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. It did not have open closet space however, so we basically had to live out of our suitcases for a few nights. No big deal, though. Also, the bathroom has no sink nor a mirror. So shaving, brushing teeth, taking out contact lenses, etc. had to be done in the kitchen sink. No problem at all but worth noting. Bed was very comfortable. Location is ideal. De Pijp is a vibrant area very different than the city center. It is much more residential and 'local' oriented. There is a pedestrian only street nearby right on Sarphatipark that has a dozen or so restaurant/bars that seemed to all be filled all day and night, mostly by locals. We loved it so much that we stayed in the neighborhood for the first two days. Also a great coffee shop in that area (Katsu). Biking into city center only took about 15 minutes. Claire was very professional and communicative as a host. Only downside was we had to wait until about 5:30pm to check in in order to get the keys from Claire in person. Wasn't a huge problem for us, but important to note in case you arrive early on a week day.

Our flight was delayed and Claire was accommodating, staying an extra hour to make sure she could show us the apartment and give us the lay of the land. Her apartment is clean and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. It started to feel like our own place by the end of our week stay. De Pjip itself is a lively neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, a great park near by and the Albert Cuyp Markt. Great Spot!
