Ohana is such a dream destination. This villa is the type of space where you don't have any desire to leave. Between the two infinity pools, the hot tub, the relaxing open lounge area, the beach that was only steps away, a mystical koi pond, and the breathtaking views, I was completely satisfied with staying in. We were greeted by Rena who was amazing. She was always on time, extremely polite and her food was amazing. She made us breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, and special dishes I requested prior to my arrival. She even came in to cook and wash up on a holiday, when she wasn't expected to. Definitely a trip to remember.

One of the best travel experiences we ever had. We drove into sleepy capital of Tobago, Scarborough, religiously following the driving directions from our host, Aries. He had already organized his house manager Rena to open the house for us and prepare lunch. She had called us worryingly earlier as our plane was 1 hour late. As we drove down the path from the main street to Ohana house, we saw Ms. Rena waving to us, but also an amazing architectural gem behind her that we did not expect to see in Scarborough. A small Japanese style garden leads to an L shaped wooden structure, built in South Asian style wrapped around a large courtyard/terrace with 2 pools, koi pond and a Jacuzzi. That was however nothing compared to the breathtaking view of the Rockly Bay all the way to Trinidad, as the house is built on a steep hill just above the beach. Our mouths were constantly opened in awe as Ms. Rena took us around a 4 bedroom house and a kitchen opening to large semi open space serving as a dining and living room. The top was a palapa at the most prominent part of the house with two chairs, ideal for cocktail sipping and watching the hours go by never getting bored at the view in front. Ms. Rena spoiled us with a strong rum punch and a wonderful welcome lunch. Subsequently she left and we had the paradise all to ourselves. She would return in the mornings to make breakfast for us and let in the cleaning lady. Despite the fact that we felt least insecure walking all over Scarborough at any time of day or night there was a guard in front of the house every night. A path leads from the house to the beach below so there was really no reason to venture anywhere outside the property. In summary - a perfect vacation spot, would highly recommend it to everybody.

This place is even better than we expected. Our rooms and level of finish throughout the villa is second to none, you really do feel that you're in another world. The staff, led by the amazing Rena are just wonderful. The views, stunning. The breakfast, brilliant. Our stay, unforgettable. We can't wait to stay again, we will be back.

Ohana and Tobago will hopefully welcome you back one day. Photos do not do the house justice...might try a drone on my next visit!
