The most amazing feature of this property is that there are 2 homes plus a separate garden cottage on a double erf.
It is ideal for a big group of family, friends or work colleagues wanting to stay close together.
The main homes sit side by side allowing for a free flow between both main houses while still offering privacy if required.
The property also offers a beautiful lush indigenous garden, a communal swimming pool and off street parking for 4 vehicles.

The space

Both houses and the cottage are designed in a contemporary style with beautiful finishes and creative decor indicative of the creativity of the owners.

This dual property (plus cottage) is tucked away within a gated cul-de-sac, with access granted through 2 access gates, adding extra security and privacy.
The houses are cleverly designed to either allow easy interaction or privacy, depending on your needs.

Guest access

House A: The whole house is accessible excluding the domestic quarters and double garage.
House B: The whole house is accessible excluding the domestic quarters and store room.
Cottage: The whole cottage is accessible.

Kim and Kerry were great hosts--welcoming, communicative, and always available for questions and recommendations in Capetown! We loved our stay in Houses A + B, the property is even more beautiful than in the photos, and the location with a view of Table Mountain was incredible. Would stay here again anytime!

We spent one week in these two beautiful homes, and it was absolute bliss! Kim was a fantastic host – she spent plenty of time introducing us to the lovely homes, and was also available right through our stay to help out with any questions we had. Having Kim’s house help Busi around during our stay was also a special treat – the houses were always perfectly neat and tidy when we came back from our days’ activities. Our group of 17 was also part of a larger group of 36 people staying in Cape Town. We had a lovely New Year’s Eve drinks event for everyone at the two houses, which coped with the entire group easily. The houses themselves were perfect, and matched the pictures very well. We spent plenty of time relaxing in the houses and around the pool, the rooms were spacious, and the gardens beautiful. The houses’ location was also great - central and a quick Uber ride away from Cape Town’s best attractions. The houses also felt very safe and secure, and are in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I would highly recommend these two homes for any large group / families looking for a beautiful oasis to stay in in Cape Town!

Hi my name is Kim and I've been living in Cape Town since 1998. I fall more in love with this city the longer I stay!
I am a creative involved in various interesting enterprises which keep me busy.
I have loved getting involved in Airbnb as have met so many amazing people from all over the world.
My garden cottage for guests shares a space with my house, as well as my sister's on a 2000 square metre plot and so is a cheerful communal space.
You are so welcome and I look forward to hosting you.
