This spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment contains everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The tastefully furnished flat is spread out over one floor, with a generously sized living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private back terrace. The flat would be a great fit for 1-2 travellers looking for a peaceful place to stay!
This is a tastefully furnished flat on a quiet street near West Hampstead and is bright, spacious, and very comfortable. We have done our best to make sure the flat is a great temporary home base for any traveller, from little board games in the living room to a fully outfitted kitchen to the extra comfortable mattress on the bed.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The bedroom features a large king-sized bed with a super comfortable mattress and brand new duvet and pillows – this will be made up spotlessly every time for you with hotel quality linen. There is also an empty wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The bathroom is small but very functional and cosy, with a bath tub with shower over it. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided.
The living area is bright and airy with large bay windows, two couches, and a TV. There are a few board games for you to play around with and a dining table in the window that seats four. The sofa opens up into a double bed that can sleep an additional two people.
The kitchen is outfitted with anything you would need to make meals and also will have a Nespresso stocked with coffee pods that you are welcome to use!
Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.
Interaction with guests
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please note our house rules:
-All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
