nice clean house well organised. alittle hard to get in opening that lockbox and parking in back opening the fence by hand but other than that it was just fine.

Didn't get too see Kimberly too much but from our encounter she was kind, funny and caring. She makes you feel right st home. Her place was fun because it helps you meet other people and she provides snacks! Definitely great deal for your money

Kimberly was extremely welcoming and hospitable. We were in town for a wedding and just needed a place close to our venue to crash, it was perfect!

I had just the most amazing time at Kimberly's Place. She is such a nice person. I actually came to Memphis for Sightseeing but because of bad weather and being a bit sick I stayed inside. That was no problem because Kimberly provides you with tea, coffee, cereals, fruits and even cookies and popcorn. The only time I went outside was for dinner. The room is very basic but the airbed is very comfortable. I certainly can recommend this place.

Cool place not too far from downtown, 6 -7$ uber drive, there's also a bus going downtown and the bus stop is near. It's a 40min walk if you feel adventurous like I did, it's a poor neighborhood. Like I said it's not the nicest neighborhood but never felt unsafe and if you want to see part of the real Memphis this is the place, i had a chat with one of kimberly's neighbor as i was walking in the neighborhood. I didn't get to see her really, saw her once as I was leaving, she great with a great hug. She was always available by text though, one of the guest lost the key to the house so I got a message to call her when I get home no matter what time it is and they'll opened the door as she leave next door, I came back at 5 and that exactly what she did. Oh there's also snacks, coffee, Thea, cereals...available which was really appreciated.

The stay in Kimberly's place was really nice: the air beds were comfy, the place was clean, she offers breakfast and snacks. She is also a great host with a good communication. We will definitely come again
