Anoaur`s appartment is a place to spend 1-2 nights at Tangier. The appartment is a bit basic, no private athmosphere. There was still garbage in the kitchen. But for sleeping it is ok. Anouar was very friendly and helpful. Communication with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) worked very well . He helped me to get a SIM Local card. For me personally, it was a bit to basic and not clean enough. But for people , who just want to sleep in town, it is okay. People who want to relax, should better spend just a bit more money and they will find a much better catagory to enjoy Tanger. I say thanks a lot for supporting me so fine .
The apartment is as described, located in the new city, good transportation condition, close to train station and bus station, the neibourhood is not as nice as old town, but Anouar is really a good host and he is very kind to help us with everything!
Anouar’s place was great - nice and comfy. It is very conveniently placed - quite close to the centre, but far enough so that you can enjoy a good night's sleep. It is also 15 mins away on foot from the train station and 5-7mins from the bus station, so if you're planning to go places afterwards, it is perfectly positioned. The place was nice, but what really surprised us was Anouar and his hospitality. He made sure we felt like home and patiently helped us with everything we asked about. He even helped us set up our new Moroccan SIM card :) He is definitely one of the top hosts we experienced on Airbnb. As for the review that says that he's asking Europeans for a marriage certificate, we didn't have any issues with that. Bare in mind that that is a legal requirement if one of the guests if Moroccan/Muslim but does not apply when both are European, so don't worry about that.
