This 85m² duplex is conveniently located close to all the EU institutions, place du Luxembourg, Parc du Cinquantenaire, Ambiorix square, place des chasseurs ardenais... Schuman station & metro at less than 1km, major buslines 30m away. Close to plenty of nice bars, restaurants & supermarkets.

This nicely renovated 2-bedroom duplex is fully furnished, fully equipped, has a nice wooden floor and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo-machine...

The space

There are two rooms in the duplex and they both have their private bathroom. There is one big room (20m² + bathroom & toilet) and one smaller room (11m² + shower room), but they both have double beds. Extra people after 4 are possible, but on a floor matrass only.

Next to this there is a large living room and a large separate kitchen, all fully furnished and very cosy. There are 2 WC's in the apartment.

Very nice place close to the European Institution. Easy to access with public transport. It was a great deal for me in terms of price quality. Michael also has been a great host, very organized. Recommended 100%.

The location of the flat is very good. To me the overall cleanness was below average, but this maybe depends on what one is used to. The owner should invest in new towels. Disappointing the Senseo coffee machine was not working. Be aware the main bedroom is in the basement floor so no direct daylight in the room. Even though there was no direct daylight it bothered us there were no curtains in this room. There were no curtains in the 2nd bedroom either, this with direct daylight. After a few days we felt very comfortable in the apartment and it felt very cosy as well.

This appartment is really good, spacious and well equiped. It is in a good neighborhood and good communicated with the public transport. The whole stay was nice, Michael is a really really good guy and he is always ready to help you if you need it. This is a very good option if you visit Brussels.

Appartement bien situé au calme à Bruxelles, le centre-ville est facilement atteignable et les commerces sont proches. Facilité de parking également avec des places dans la rue. Michael a été très disponible et flexible avant et pendant le séjour. Quelques détails pour améliorer l'appartement et il sera parfait !

Appartement très agréable et spacieux dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille . Charme de l'ancien avec sa grande cuisine aux carreaux de ciments et ses portes vitrées . Un grand supermarché se trouve à proximité de l'appartement ce qui est très pratique . Le quartier est trés calme et très tranquille , et à proximité du centre de Bruxelles . Michael a été très disponible et a répondu très rapidement aux différents mails . A recommander
