Our studio is close to everything Bellingham has to offer. Just blocks from downtown, we are walking distance from nightlife, museums, restaurants, parks, and the waterfront. We know you'll dig the location! We love our Lettered Streets neighborhood, our view of the Bay, and proximity to all the good stuff. You'll feel at home with a private entrance, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. With tons of historic charm, yet a newly renovated space, this is the perfect spot to enjoy this quirky fun town!
Guest access is private.
Interaction with guests
We are happy to help guests navigate the town, or provide recommendations of hikes, restaurants, dispensaries, breweries, or the best place to get a cup of joe. We love our town and are happy to share. We also respect privacy, so please, just ask!
Other things to note
Please know, we are very close to the bay, just 4 blocks from the waterfront. You'll love the sunsets over bay and the view of Lummi Island, however the trains do run through town. We love it and find it charming, its what make our neighborhood so great, but we are approximately 6 blocks from the water, and 5 blocks from the tracks. Although we love the location, we do not want guests to be surprised about the train noise.
- Full kitchen, fridge, and laundry. For a third guest, there is a sofa-bed that converts.
- We are VERY close to the water (you can smell the sea air!). With that, comes train track proximity. We want guests to know that these trains can be heard. We provide individually-packaged, disposable earplugs.
- 420 Friendly
- Pets considered depending on breed and size. Additional cleaning fee applies.

I am a 6th grade teacher from the Big Island of Hawaii and Eli is a born and raised Washington boy. We are currently living in this charming little town on the water. After living in Alaska for a short bit, we had the opportunity to move back to Bellingham. We jumped at the chance, and love everything about this little town. When we aren't renovating our 19th Century victorian (Menderson Manor), you can find us roaming Bellingham and beyond.
