Right in amongst the action. 2 minutes from the beach and all the best cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs that Byron has to offer.

The space

This is a gorgeous, happy household with my mum and I. The unit is in a fabulously prime location but as a result can be a little noisy with traffic noise and occasional party goers passing by under the windows. If you're a light sleeper then ear plugs might be useful!

We have a lovely pet bird, Sid who sometimes wonders outside his cage.

We would like to emphasise that this is a lovely quiet place to retreat to after spending time at the beach, eating out and enjoy all the party vibes of Byron town. You will need to be respectful of the space and be conscientious about closing the front door so the bird doesn't escape.

The room is spacious with a king single futon. We've had many couples staying here happily but please be aware that it is a snug fit for two.

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and stylishly decked out but is an old character filled unit, so if you're after something shiny and new then this isn't for you :-) We also use the kitchen a lot so only encourage minimal use by guests - basic breakfast and lunch prep is ok, but we are using it lots around dinner time so encourage guests to eat out - there are a plethora of cheap delicious eats very close by so it shouldn't be a problem. The Mexican take out next door is a particular favourite of ours.

There is no parking here. The local streets in central Byron are all paid parking (except at night). You can walk 5-10 minutes to find free parking.

There is a 2 night minimum stay. This website only advertises that as being applicable on weekends but the minimum 2 nights is relevant Monday to Sunday.

Great host, Angie support me and stay very relax at her place through my stay in Byronbay. And Seed is lovely! Great access, the accomodation is stand on quite near from main street. There are so many cafe, restaurant, bars. Of course walk 3mins to the beach. So easy and quick back to home. I really recommend you to stay at place. I'll ask to stay there again if I visit to this great town again!

Could not praise this lovely home enough! We caught a quick flight from Sydney to Byron mid-week and stayed at Georgia's flat above the Caltex service station. Check-in was super breezy, the decor was so sweet and the bed was COMFY! So close to the beach (3 minute walk away) and right in the middle of town. We were barely there (there is so much to see and do!) but if the weather was poorly you could very easily read a nice cosy book and relax on the couch or bed. Can't fault it - honestly felt like I was home. Will definitely be back!

First thing to say is the location is EXCELLENT! So close to the beach, shops & restaurants. The house was as described, has everything you need & was clean. The hosts are amazing, didn't see Georgia much but Anji is so so nice! She was lovely to talk to & couldn't be any more helpful. Sid (their pet bird) is a little cutie! This is what sets air bnb apart from hotels. Ive never had a cup of tea in a hotel with a bird sat on my head! One slight thing to mention is if you are a light sleeper like me you may be woken by the traffic/bird calls (outside) early in the morning. But this is mentioned in the description. Overall i highly recommend staying here.

Hi there, my mum Angie and I are originally from Oxford, UK but we are lucky enough to live in beautiful Byron Bay, 2 minutes from Main beach. We often have language students staying with us and love to meet people from other cultures so when we have gaps from students then airbnb is a perfect way to meet new visitors to Byron Bay.

I have done lots of travelling in the last few years but am happily settled here now, working in the human services. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, yoga, reading, beach, hanging with the pets, learning guitar and walking around and eating out in this beautiful town.

Angie is an English language teacher at a school here in Byron. She enjoys yoga, reading, sudoku, crosswords and the occasional glass of wine!
