This fabulous row house has 12' ceilings, rustic exposed rafters, thick walls, brick floors, a gated central courtyard, & a wrought iron spiral stairs to a roof terrace for mountain, sunset, & city views. Mesquites & pomegranates shade the courtyard lawn.

Within a 10-minute walk is the city center, streetcar, parks, theaters, museums, & dozens of cafes and restaurants. Almost as close are Sentinel Peak ("A" Mountain) and Tumamoc Hill where visitors can often see deer browsing in the creosote.

This is a beautiful little place. Perfect home base for exploring Tucson. Very clean, elegant yet simple decor, a truly beautiful place especially if you appreciate historical architecture and charm. The neighborhood is the Barrio Viejo which is walking distance to downtown and…

It's hard to say enough good things about David's adobe casita.. Serene, historic, comfortable. A real gem in a terrific location, and a friendly helpful engaging host.

I loved the beautiful courtyard and rooftop area... Beautiful to watch the sun rise from up there. David was a terrific host, and quick to respond when we needed him. Our stay was delightful, thanks in large part to our stay in David's condos. 10/10

Response from David:
My wife Bobbie Jo is preparing folders with a 2-page overall history of Ochoa Court from 1872 on, plus "before" photos of the condemned adobes circa 1993 to 1999 and then photos from our 2000 to 2002 stabilization and total renovation. Some of these photos I had almost forgotten about. I'm glad I was much younger in those days, not to mention very optimistic about time & costs!
