• No Mailing Packages or Letters to Address

• No Excessive guests – No more than 6 guests except by arrangement
• No PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. There are facilities close by for this – you can use the Westside Recreation Center by booking party rooms with them ahead of time. This is a residential working neighbourhood that is quiet in the evenings. Please respect the neighbourhood. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10pm. There is a noise level city ordinance. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
• Please take note also:
• **LOST KEYS: $50 CAD will be charged to replace any lost key or key fob.
• **Late Checkouts Pass 11am without our consent will attract an additional fee of $75 CAD up to 3pm because we would still need to pay our cleaners to return and for added hours.
• **Any Additional Guest than the maximum reservation of 4 would attract an additional fee of $20 per guest.
• ***If Place is left filthy with trash everywhere, and additional cleaning fee of $50 CAD will be charged for additional cleaning materials and cleaner's time.
• Please leave the apartment clean. This is what the Airbnb community is all about.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. There was 8 of us in town for a wedding and this cute town home had more than enough space! The co-owner Jenn was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the home showing us everything we needed. It was EXTREMELY clean and had more than enough toiletries, towels, bed sheets, and pillows for all of us. It's not exactly close to downtown, but there was a strip of stores right across the street with a 7-eleven, coffee, rexall, and dominos. Will without a doubt recommend this place to others!

This place is better than the photos, my family and I had the best time staying here that we cancelled our plans for our next room and asked Omatseye for an extended stay. Omatseye being as awesome as she is, agreed, and our trip went much better than expected.

Omatseye's place was a great townhome to stay at. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and perfect for our family and the decor was modern. There were nice amenities like laundry detergent, coffee filters and sugar packets for coffee (not sure if the previous occupants left these). The TV and wifi worked well. It was nice to have Domino's and a Vietnamese restaurant across the street.
