The house is a Victorian terraced house built in the late 1800’s, with a modern architecturally designed extension featuring an open plan kitchen, and dining/living area. It's stylishly decorated with mid-century furniture and artwork. The private garden has garden furniture, a barbecue and chiminea for relaxing on a summer's evening.
Kitchen - The fully equipped kitchen features high quality appliances including a large range cooker, Smeg fridge, double dishwasher and built in coffee machine and microwave.
Utility room - Small utility room with washer and dryer.
Dining/living area - A stunning double-height space with floor to ceiling window looking into the garden and bi-fold doors opening onto the decking area. Armchair and stereo radio with aux in.
Toilet - Small downstairs toilet accessed from living area.
Master Bedroom - King-size bed, with two large sash windows on the first floor that over look the quiet and attractive street. There's plenty of wardrobe space and storage in the dressing area.
Master bathroom - Spacious and beautifully appointed, the bathroom has a walk in shower and roll top bath with a large sash window at the rear of the house.
Living room - Large sash windows and original period features, including working fireplace. TV with Netflix.
Study - adjoining the Living room the study has a desk, books and a guitar as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The large sash window looks on to the back garden over an attractive sedum roof.
Bedroom two - Double bed in a spacious loft conversion with Velux windows facing the street and a large window at the rear. Sofa and small en-suite shower room.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the house.
You'll be provided with clean towels, soap and loo roll. If you have any special requirements I can try and accommodate if told in advance of arrival.
You're welcome to access everywhere in the house apart from the music room adjoining the kitchen and the roof terrace.

- Please respect the neighbours, and so not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm
- No parties
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a £80 fee will apply
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
