Set on our 35-acre property, it offers sweeping views of pasture, native bush, and the ocean. Soak in the outdoor bath beneath the stars. No stress - just you, the trees, and time to dream.
The space
A Romantic Escape for Adventurers at Heart. Share a magical getaway with someone special in this cozy, off-grid treehouse. More than just a place to stay, it’s an experience for those seeking connection, adventure, and a little romance.
Inside the Treehouse:
• A compact, fully equipped kitchen with sink, small fridge and gas cooktop
• Clean, modern bathroom with small hand basin, hot shower and toilet
• Built-in couch perfect for snuggling
• Loft bedroom with a comfy queen, luxury linen, and an ocean-view window
• Thick duvet(s) for winter warmth and extra coziness
• LED lighting and a heater (the treehouse is fully insulated)
• USB connection to recharge your phone but NO plug for electronics. You can recharge your computer at the main house if you like.
Outdoors:
• Spacious deck with a hot outdoor bath, deck chairs, table, string lights, and BBQ for al fresco dining under the stars.

A Note on the Treehouse:
This is a real treehouse - built among tall pines. On windy nights, the trees will creak around you. But rest easy knowing the structure is fully consented and engineered to modern safety standards.

*PICKUPS AVAILABLE* - With fuel prices on the rise, if you’d prefer to travel to Raglan by public transport, we’re happy to make things easier with a complimentary pick-up and drop-off (Raglan town). Then, while you’re here, enjoy up to four hours of e-bike use on one day of your stay – a fun, eco-friendly way to explore Raglan’s stunning scenery. Please note that e-bikes must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time.
Guest access
You're welcome to take walks around the property. We recommend taking our bush walk to our picnic tree if the weather is nice. Bring suitable footwear.
Other things to note
• One pet is welcome with prior approval—please clean up before you leave.
• A wood-fired cedar sauna is available to book for private sessions.
• The treehouse is accessed via a steep concrete driveway.
• Please bring your own drinking water (filtered refills available at the house)
• We sometimes allow last-minute one-night stays, note there is an additional $40 for single night.
