The best place about this home is the location! We are a short walk away from Dolores Park, Muni, Bus Stops, The Castro Theatre, Frances, 24 Hour Fitness, Phillz Coffee, Whole Foods, and Safeway.
The home is a Victorian over 100 years old but everything in the house has been renovated and all furniture is less than a year old (purchased Nov 2016). + fast wifi, netflix, laundry
Update: We have a little Yorkie puppy now! She is tiny, friendly, very cute, and completely harmless :)
Despite the central location the entire home is very quiet. Nearly everything in the home has been renovated, while maintaining Victorian authenticity.
The room has a new Queen bed, large window bringing in plenty of natural light, a small desk space, and brand new furniture (including a huge dresser).
The bathroom is shared with me, but I keep it very clean and am always flexible (like if you need it at a certain time before work).
There is also a large dining area, living room w/ fireplace, kitchen, deck, and cute little backyard. We also have onDemand TV (4K HDR), Netflix, movie channels, and fast WIFI.
You are welcome to use all common areas and make yourself at home! We provide all kitchen supplies, towels, and other needs.
Interaction with guests
I work full time but am home in the evenings and always love to meet new people and help and give recommendations of best things to do around the bay area.
Other things to note
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, I'm in one, and the 2nd bedroom is sometimes rented out as well. We look to maintain a very fun but respectful atmosphere (relative quiet hours after 11PM), and are very accommodating if anyone has certain special needs/requests.
We recently got a little Yorkie puppy. She is very cute and quite literally harmless (2 pounds), but something to consider if anyone has allergies.

I love to travel and discover new cultures. I believe there is a lot to learn from simply interacting with people from different backgrounds, who may have grown up in a much different setting. Different values and opinions can lead us to better develop our own conclusions and perspectives in life. That's one of the reasons I love Airbnb and the sharing economy! It's not just about the beautiful places, it's about the people and the experience.
I love to travel and use Airbnb as a guest just as much as I like to welcome guests to our beautiful house in San Francisco!
