We had a great stay and we're made to feel very welcome. The apartment is just as described and with great views. Fiesole is a lovely place to stay, with good restaurants, lovely walks and easy bus access to Florence. Thank you for an excellent welcome pack.

The apartment is bright, spacious, well-appointed and pristine. The bedrooms and kitchen were top-notch. Same with the bathrooms. Very nice welcome basket too. We were checked in by Michelangelo -- he and his father were very helpful. Lovely view from the terrace outside the bedrooms. As Americans, we had difficulty navigating the narrow, winding streets of Fiesole and finding the apartment, but I assume that's us. As parking is limited, we appreciated the gated lot with an assigned parking spot.

Wow!!! This place is amazing. The views leave you speechless, the apartment ridiculously clean with attention to detail. The welcome hamper, gratefully accepted and to the wonderful Michelangelo and family...thank you, thank you and thank you! You graciously picked us up from the train station and brought us to our apartment and made us feel so welcome. Just wonderful landlords :) if you are ever considering visiting Florence, staying at this apartment is a must. Just 20 min bus ride out of the hustle and bustle of Florence. Honestly, Fiesole is just beautiful and this apartment was perfect for our family of 6. I even cooked a family meal for the first time while visiting Italy in the well equipped kitchen. We will be back :)

This apartment is perfect from all aspects The balcony view is amazing, we watch the breathless sunset every evening during our stay. The place is very clean, cool and specious for my family. The host was very nice to leave us a hamper upon arrival. Whatever I say doesn't justified my experience. Having a nice place like this made our visit to Florence and Fiesole very memorable. Thank you Stefano, will definitely come again in the future. Highly Recommend.

We stayed three nights, the location was perfect to attend a concert in the centre of town which has a concert every evening in July. The location seemed appropriate, but there is a 10 minute walk down hill to town and 15 minutes up hill to return. If you catch the number 7 bus it drops you to the centre of town, leaving you wondering how to get to the property with luggage. We waited a long time for the number 45/47 bus to continue up the hill which never arrived and caught a taxi in the end which was expensive for the short trip. If you are traveling light you can walk with your luggage but the road is narrow and not always paved, push chairs and children should be very careful. Inside the property - The a/c seemed to have a mind of its own in the bedroom, it would work, then turn itself off, and then on. I never managed to fully understand it. The balcony is small, and I discovered a washing machine nearly on the last day that hides at one end, a welcome surprise and relatively easy to use. All the rooms are very well laid out and appointed. The best surprise was the welcome basket of food and wine on the table which takes the edge off having to find breakfast the next day. Shops - The supermarket is half way to the centre, but down the hill, don't buy to many things, you only have to walk them back up again! There is everything you need including an original barbers - very close - and a good choice of restaurants. Transport - We did not drive, there is a garage with the property. The bus is the best and cheapest - but be warned - NEVER board with out a ticket. This was the biggest problem, as on leaving we were not able to purchase a ticket on the bus as he had run out, nor in the vicinity of the bus stop, to late as we were already on with luggage and moving. The inspectors boarded and would not accept that we had tried to pay the driver and fined us 100 euros !! Considering I am a tourist and do not speak Italian it left me very disappointed.

We experienced very bad behavior from apartment owner. This was our sixth trip to Tuscany and the experience was ruined by the owner of this apartment. Can not recommend to book.

We are a very happy little family consisting of Stefano, Amy and our 3 kids gorgeous baby boy Étienne Oscar Indigo and our beautiful girl Blue Bell Violet Sophie the new entry Phoenix Orlando Balthazar. We love our city and our country and we want to share it with you.

Born from our passion for our culture, our architecture and in hosting international guests in 2013 we founded a company together managing, restoring and selling high quality apartments in Italy. We have managed to create an impressive and extensive portfolio, specialising in stunningly beautiful and expertly-restored apartments in antique buildings in Florence.

Every one of our apartments is managed lovingly and to the highest level by the two of us together. We love what we do and we devote an extraordinary amount of energy and time to constantly grow and improve our service to the highest quality level. In the summer of 2014 we are opening our proudest project to date. A fully restored 12th century palazzo converted into seven luxury apartments by the Pucci Palazzo. The construction has been supervised in an eco-sensitive manner, with recycled materials and conservative heating systems. This beautiful space will also serve as a gallery to promote local artists and will be a sensory delight.

We are both hugely passionate about food, interested especially in slow-food, organic and sustainable farming and in supporting the preservation of the natural beauty of the landscape. For this reason, and many others, Florence is our perfect location. It is growing as a green city, and the combination of this excellent change and the gorgeous surroundings produces a beautiful harmony and a fantastic atmosphere.

We have pledged to aim for green credentials and we wash all our guests' linens with eco-friendly products and use recycled paper where possible. We are excited to grow in this fashion and you can help us in our mission by being our guests.

Stefano has lived in New York and Florence. Amy in Hampshire, London and Florence. Between us we fluently speak English, Italian, French and Spanish. We love meeting people from around the world, previously Stefano had a successful restaurant and Amy has worked in the luxury travel industry and as a freelance writer.

To have Amy and Stefano as your hosts is to have friends away from home. We will always do our upmost to accommodate you and ensure you have a most fantastically memorable trip in our gorgeous city. We are incredibly passionate about our country, food and giving a great time to our guests.

Thanks for reading,

Stefano, Amy, Étienne, Blue Bell and Bagheera the dog.
