difficult to find. disregard the pool pic. watch out for the dog poop! other than that, eh, it's a cheap enough place to stay in TZ. house guests were very nice, kind and informative. didnt meet the hostess. i would have asked her what up with all the dog poops lying about! …

Response from Alessandra:
Hi everyone, I can say that the place isn't difficult to find: it is just behind Best Bite that is a restaurant that everyone know where it is. Moreover, f you have (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps you will reach straight to my gate. I am sorry if the guest found the dog poop: I have a gardener who takes care of the cleaning for 6 days a week, except on Sunday that is his free day. I try to clean up myself on Sundays but all staff is on leave for one day a week. Yes it's a very cheap place to stay in a very convenient location: close to town and to the main bus stages. In 3min with bajaji you are in Masaki or Msasani and in the main Mal. thanks for the feedback I will use it as a base for improvement

Great location. Clean, comfortable and a welcoming place to stay. Very accommodating. One thing is to definitely bring ear plugs as early morning prayers can wake you up around 5 but this is all part of the experience.

Perfect location and you will be walking distance from the main road. The room is really self contained and a bang for your buck.

Accommodation was good and on a good place. We have problem to find it because in Dar are two streets with same name but when we finally find it, we really liked this place and also surroundings with lots of restaurants.

This is the second time I stayed at Alessandra when visiting Dar. And properly not my last. She has a lovely house located in a quite area with good access to the peninsula. And the ability to make a much needed good cup of coffee on her mocca, thanks!
