From the rolling vineyards to the sandy beaches, the Central Coast has something for everyone. During your trip you'll stay on a 13-acre hilltop-ranch, nestled in the Templeton Hills, fit with an outdoor living area and a 30-mile view of Paso Robles' fertile wine country. Our place is perfect for those looking for a quiet spot in the country to get away, or a home base for their adventures. We are located 15 minutes from Paso Robles and 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo!
Enjoy your stay in a cozy (1300sf), three-bedroom, two-bath, modern farmhouse with plenty of outdoor living. The master bedroom (and it's attached full bath) boast a serene Urban-Outfitters appeal with wonderful morning light and valley views. Across the house are the two additional bedrooms. One contains a queen bed and closet-space, with sweeping valley views. The last room has two twin-beds, and three windows showing oaks and a sprawling yard. This side of the house also has its own bathroom complete with a shower.
Our kitchen is full-sized with cupboard space, a four-burner stovetop, and oven. The family room area is open, yet cozy. We have games on hand for guests to enjoy, as well as a fireplace in case the mood for stoking it arises. There is no TV on-site, but Wifi is quick.
Outdoor living is this listing's hidden gem. We have an expansive yard with a table to enjoy tea, meals, or wine, as well as yard games (horseshoes, and cornhole!), and an outdoor fire pit. There is also a grass-yard on the other side of the house- it's the perfect place to lay on a warm, Central Coast day.
*Note: If you have a smaller party or prefer to share space, we have private rooms for rent on this property! See links here https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16499333 and here https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16499529
You will have access to the entire house, front yard, back yard, and 13 acres to roam (note: we do have our items in the master closet and a few, select labeled drawers and cupboards, though there is plenty of space for guest-use, including an empty dresser in the master).
Guests are also welcome to visit the barn and two horses on the property, as well as the chicken coop and garden area as long as they are respectful to our happy animals (you may even score some eggs as well!).
